You built the practice. We build the patient growth system around it. Custom website, paid acquisition, AI front desk, tracking and reviews. One system. So your team can stay focused on patient care, and missed calls become booked chairs, not lost cases.

Uvenza is one operating partner across four components: custom website, paid acquisition, AI front desk, and tracking with reviews. Designed and run as a single system rather than five separate vendors stitched together.
The website is hand-built around the practice identity, the treatment mix, and the path patients take from search to a booked chair. Paid acquisition runs search and social ads, geographically targeted to the practice's suburb and surrounding catchment, tuned weekly against booked patient value rather than vanity clicks. The AI front desk handles voice and SMS so missed calls become follow-ups instead of lost cases. Tracking ties every patient enquiry back to its real source, so the practice sees what is filling chairs and what is wasting spend, every month, in plain English. So you stop spending on what doesn't fill chairs.
One premium standard, four components, managed end to end. The team stays focused on patient care, while the growth system runs in the background.
The AI front desk is voice and SMS automation that answers when the team can't. It picks up after hours, during lunch, and when reception is on another line, then routes the right enquiry to the right place inside the practice's existing workflow.
Three modes are available depending on the practice's preference. Mode 01, voice only, has the AI answering the phone and capturing treatment intent. Mode 02, SMS only, has the AI replying to texts and following up every missed call by message rather than voicemail callback. Mode 03 is full coverage: calls answered, texts replied, missed calls followed up, and review requests routed automatically after every visit.
One missed implant inquiry can change the month. The system exists to recover the ones that used to disappear, before they become lost cases. The result is fewer missed bookings, less time spent on operations, and a front desk that effectively runs itself between visits.
Ren has spent twelve years building acquisition systems for digital products and appointment-led businesses. Eight of those years were spent in Australia, working inside appointment-led service businesses where every booked job pays a real bill and every missed call is felt by Monday morning.
Uvenza is run by a senior team across design, paid acquisition, AI automation, and tracking. There is no junior account layer, no sales rep, and no template handoff. Every concept is reviewed by the founder before it reaches a practice, and the engagement only begins if the concept earns it. The work is the pitch. Engagements are scoped privately around the practice, the market, and the treatment mix, never from a public tier sheet. The founder remains involved through launch and ongoing operation.
I'd rather build than pitch. The first concept is on me. — Ren, Founder
The intake is one email. Send the practice URL to [email protected]. We look at the current site, the public business listing, the address, and the existing reviews. From that we map the patient path, identify where demand is leaking, and build a real concept around the practice using its actual name, address, and treatment mix.
The concept arrives in five to seven days. Founder-reviewed. No discovery call required. If it meets the practice's standard, the live site goes up within seven days of approval. If it doesn't, we move on with no invoice and no follow-up. Six-month minimum engagement after launch, then month-to-month with thirty days notice. The codebase, domain, and assets remain the practice's at any time. Three coverage levels are available: Website Foundation, Growth System, and Full Coverage, scoped privately to the practice.
